Whatever the starting level, the route can be adjusted to the groups needs but in balance with desires.

On the practical side...

Recommended gear :

Swimsuit

Lycra shorts or leggings

Closed shoes or neoprene slippers

Fleece and joggers for cold weather

Cap / hat

Water bottle - filled

Snack or picnic

Complete change for the return to the vehicle

Specific equipment will be provided : canoe/kayak, paddles,

rain/windproof jackets, dry bags and safety equipment.

 

It is mandatory to be able to swim 25m or to have passed the water proficiency test.

Prices:

  • Short trip : €25 per adult and €15 per child (under 16 y/o - must be accompanied by an adult)

  • Standard trip : €30 per adult and €20 per child (under 16 y/o - must be accompanied by an adult)
